Calling all Gin lovers, our collaboration with the pioneers of the craft gin renaissance Sipsmith, is an absolute must try! Made with Sipsmith London Dry Gin of truly uncompromising quality and character, these are dark chocolate truffles with a white chocolate, cream, Sipsmith Gin and natural Juniper centre, lightly dusted in icing sugar. Simply divine!
Dark chocolate (55.1%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), white chocolate (28.6%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), single cream (milk), icing sugar (cane sugar, anti-caking agent (tri-calcium phosphate), Sipsmith VJOP Gin (57.7% vol) (3.3%), natural flavouring (juniper). Dark chocolate contains cocoa solids 60% min.
