What kinds of items are included in the Home collection?

The Home section covers a wide variety of homeware and decor: from soft furnishings, cushions & throws, decorative accessories, candles & home fragrances, glassware, kitchen accessories, furniture, bed & bath linens, to electrical items.

Can I return home items if they’re not quite right?

Yes - homeware items are eligible for return or refund/exchange as long as they are unused, in their original condition with all tags/packaging intact, and returned within the standard returns window. See our returns policy page for more information on how to submit a return.

Are there any homeware items which cannot be returned?

Some items may be excluded - as with all purchases, check the specific product page and our returns policy for details.

What are the delivery charges for home items?

For standard UK delivery, there is a charge of £4.95 - but delivery is free when your order total is over £85. We also offer a free “Click & Collect” option from our Wimbledon store, which can be selected at checkout. Visit our delivery & returns page for more information.

What happens if my homeware order arrives damaged or faulty?
