These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

When entering any of our contests or prize draws, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or prize draw, you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you are online. We can only confirm the price of a Product when you physically attend the store on the day on which you intend to make the purchase.
ELYS GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Elys Gift Cards
Elys Gift Cards can be exchanged for goods within Elys Department Store only. They cannot be used over the telephone.
Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to discharge indebtedness on any account or credit card issued by Elys, nor may they be used for the purchase either directly or indirectly of any financial product or service, including Elys Gift Cards.
Gift cards are void if the perforated tear-off area has been removed. Your Gift Card will expire after 24 months of consecutive non-use and the balance will be cancelled. If your gift cards become accidentally damaged, please contact Customer Services.
Elys Digital Gift card
Treat them to the gift of Elys. Redeemable ONLINE only. An Elys DIGITAL gift card gives your lucky recipient the choice to shop thousands of brands and collections across our famous Fashion, Beauty and Home departments.
Simply email the "Elys Wimbledon gift card" we send you to your chosen recipient and add your gift note then. Gift cards expire after 2 years.
The Elys Digital Gift Card can not currently be used in-store.

Survival

In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Elys and you are expected to do. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept the Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these Conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.
Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over and excludes employees and their immediate families of Nestle S.A. and Nespresso, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Participants must register or be registered with Nespresso to qualify for the offer.
2. Applicants must have purchased any qualifying Nespresso Vertuo POP, Vertuo Plus, Vertuo Next, or Vertuo Manual machine, and register/be registered with Nespresso during the stated promotion period to qualify for the offer. The offer consists of 50 complimentary pre-selected capsules and is valid for purchases made by no later than 03.04.23 from Nespresso direct channels or by no later than 17.04.23 from participating retailers. 4. How to claim:

- Qualifying Nespresso Members are required to add their machine to their basket. Participants who are not already Nespresso Members will be required to register to qualify for the offer;

- Participants must visit their local Nespresso Boutique, register/be registered with Nespresso, and purchase the required Nespresso machine during the stated promotional dates. Participants should check their local Nespresso Boutique opening days and times, as these may vary www.nespresso.com/uk/en/store-locator.

Via Customer Call Centre
- Qualifying Nespresso Members are required to call the Customer Call Centre to place their order for any of the qualifying Vertuo machines with a Coffee Specialist during the stated promotional dates. Participants who are not already Nespresso Members must register to qualify for the offer;
- 50 complimentary pre-selected capsules will be delivered with the machine.
All qualifying claims for this offer, regardless of which Nespresso direct channel used, must be received by no later than 23:59 on 03.04.23, or boutique closing time on that date.
Via a participating retailer
- Customers must visit the promotional website at: www.nespresso.com/ukpromotion/ (UK) or www.nespresso.com/roipromotion (ROI), complete an application form with their first name, last name, email address, residential address and daytime phone number, machine serial number (which can be found on the drip tray), and upload a photo of their qualifying till receipt showing the purchase of one of the specified Nespresso machines made between 01.02.23 and 03.04.23. Photos must clearly show the name of the store where the machine was purchased, the date purchased and the itemised machine details. Blurred, out-of-focus or photos where the till receipt is illegible will not be accepted. Maximum one offer per Nespresso Member. Any additional machines purchased during the stated promotional period will not qualify for the offer.
All qualifying claims for the complimentary gift for purchases made via participating retailers must be received by no later than 23:59 on 17.04.23.

2. DELIVERY - Delivery costs will be generated at checkout. Items may arrive in separate deliveries. All Nkuku furniture will be shipped by Nkuku, if you order contains items stock by Elys these will be sent separately.
Nkuku furniture orders usually take 10 to 14 working days to arrive. Occasionally due to peak trading times this may take longer than normal. We will contact you regarding any delays to your order.
You will be contacted by the shipping company informing you of delivery date.
3. ACCESS- The customer is responsible to ensure that the goods will fit into their chosen location and ensure reasonable access for delivery including making parking permits available and communicating any parking restrictions. If goods will not fit or access is denied, then cost of return needs to be covered and organised by the customer.
4. RETURNS- If your product is faulty, please contact customer services customerexperience@elyswimbledon.co.uk , providing proof of fault. Our customer services will advise on best course of action.

You should get a refund within 14 days of either the trader getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
Items must be returned in original packaging; all tags and labels must still be attached and in a resalable condition. The cost of return needs to be covered and organised by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights.
