What kinds of services does Elys offer besides selling products?
Elys offers a wide range of in‑store services including personal styling/personal shopping, beauty & salon services (e.g. brow & nail bars), currency exchange (via NO1 Currency), click & collect for online orders, dining at their in‑store restaurant, and clothing alteration or suit‑hire services (through in‑store partners).
What happens if I order online - can I collect in store instead of having it delivered?
Yes - you can choose “Click & Collect” at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can pick it up at the store at 16 St George’s Road, Wimbledon, during opening hours.
Are there some services that I need to book in advance?
Yes - services like the Personal Styling appointments and salon/beauty services (brow bar, nail bar, etc.) require booking ahead. Contact details are available on the site.
