Rewards is a loyalty reward scheme in which you’ll earn 3 points per £1 spent in the Beauty Hall, and 1 point per £1 spent across the rest of the store. Once you have earnt 250 points you can redeem this against your purchase 250 points = £2.50
1 point is rewarded for every £1 spend on all products except Beauty whereby 3 points are rewarded for every £1 spend.

You can ask a member of staff in-store to check your points balance. You will need your Rewards card or associated email address to do this. If you have a digital Rewards card, you can view your points balance by opening the card in your mobile wallet. You can also view your points balance in your online account.

Yes! All customers are welcome to join. It will only take a few moments to complete the sign up and you need a valid email address.
You need a minimum points balance of £2.50 (250 points) to redeem points against a purchase. You can save points to use at a later date, but remember that twice a year we expire points that are 12 months or older. Therefore, we recommend you use your points earned within one year.
Contact one of our Sales Advisors in-store as soon as possible and they will be happy to issue you a new card and transfer your points. Alternatively you can contact our Customer support team via email: customerexperience@elyswimbledon.co.uk
Points have a maximum lifetime of 12 to 18 months. Twice per year, points that are 12 months or older are expired. Customers who are opted in to email marketing and have a points balance of 250 or more are notified via email ahead of points expiry events.
You can collect points on all beauty products; beauty treatments are excluded.
If you forget your Rewards card, providing you know the email address attached to the account one of our Sales Advisor will be able access your account and link your transaction.
You must present your Rewards card (physical or digital) at the time of transaction in order to redeem points.
Yes. If you are taking a product back into store, please ensure you bring your Rewards Card which was used in the transaction with you so the points can be credited back onto the account. Our usual refund policy applies for the product.
