How does delivery work for furniture - and do I need to consider access or space constraints?

Furniture orders may arrive in separate deliveries if your order combines stock by Elys and items supplied by third‑party brands. For example, orders from brands like Nkuku are shipped directly by the brand. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is suitable access (doorways, stairways, hallways) to receive and move the furniture into its intended location. If goods cannot be delivered due to access issues or refusal at delivery, any return or re‑delivery cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return or cancel a furniture order if I change my mind?
