Chocolarder have combined spiced cranberries and blood orange with their 40% blonde chocolate, creating a biscuit-like flavour, almost like a cheesecake or crème brûlée, with some slightly tangy berry notes on the side. This is definitely a bar to save for dessert!
The beans
The beans for this bar have been sourced from Three Mountains, in the Mirissa Hills Forest Reserve of Ghana. The cooperative grows a mixture of Criollo, Amelonado, Forastero, and Trinitario beans, which are brought together to create an incredible flavour profile.
