Grilled artichokes, peppers and borettane onions are layered with sun-dried tomatoes and preserved in the traditional way, under quality extra virgin olive oil. Serve as part of a light antipasto with aperitivi, or enjoy on bruschetta. Our delectable mixed vegetable antipasti is a popular gift item.

Grilled vegetables 71% (artichokes, Borettane onions, sweet peppers, dried tomatoes), extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt, chilli, pepper, garlic, rosemary, sage, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Once opened, keep the vegetables submerged in the oil and eat within one month. Store in a cool, dark place.
