This nourishing, milky toner from cult favourite brand, Beauty of Joseon, is formulated with nutrient-rich rice extract and rice amino acids to deeply hydrate dry skin. This toner features a unique dual-layer formula: a moisture layer filled with rice extract for hydration and a powder layer to control sebum. This toner helps soothe sensitive skin and create a smoother texture, making it perfect for achieving a radiant complexion.

After cleansing, dispense into the hands and pat into the skin or use a cotton pad to apply. Follow up with any serums before applying your moisturiser.
