Everything we make is hand-crafted in our London bakery using traditional baking techniques and only the finest local sourced ingredients to give that perfect home-baked taste.

Biscuit Ingredients: Plain WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Caster Sugar, Butter (MILK, Salt), Golden Syrup (Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup), Self-Raising WHEAT Flour ((WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents (Calcium Phosphates, Sodium Carbonates)), EGG, Water, Mixed Spice.
Icing Tubes Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Rapeseed Oil, Palm Oil, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Emulsifiers (Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Concentrates (Spirulina, Apple), Colours (Anthocyanin, Carotenes, Curcumin), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Flavouring.
Christmas Sprinkles: Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Colours (Radish, Blackcurrant, Apple, Safflower, Lemon, Spirulina), Flavour (Natural Vanilla Flavouring).
