HOW TO USE: Apply the 24-Hour Kajal Liner as close to the lash line as possible while lining the entire length of the lid. Brush Smokey Eye Mascara from base to tips of lashes and let dry. To amp up your eyes for evening, line your top and bottom lash lines with Kajal Liner, then use your finger or a brush to smudge it out for a long-wearing, soft, smokey eye.
