Dip the tip of the Ultra Fine Eyeliner Brush — sold separately — into Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner, coating both sides of the brush. Wipe away any excess on a tissue.Working quickly, apply in short, even strokes as close to the lash line as possible, moving from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. Layer to build intensity, or extend slightly beyond the outer corner for a more defined look.
