Generous quantities of hand-picked hedgerow sloes, combined with just the right amount of sugar, are added to our strikingly smooth London Dry. Then it’s all left to soak slowly for at least six months – that’s more than twice as long as most other distillers.

Warm and refreshing, our Sloe is less intensely sweet than many other sloe gins, with a perfect balance between rich, sweet fruit aromas and a hint of subtle spice.

Neat Serve: We recommend serving our Sloe neat in a sherry glass – because sometimes, there’s no need to mess with perfection. Paris beautifully with a creamy blue cheese. 

Simple Serves: Sloe Gin with either Orange Tonic or Bitter Lemon/Lemon Tonic. Add 50ml Sloe to an ice-filled Copa de Balon or highball glass and top with either a premium orange tonic water or bitter lemon or lemon tonic. Garnish with a twist of orange or lemon peel – the citrus notes compliment and lighten the richness of this gin for a fantastically refreshing long drink. 

Bartender Serve: Sloe Royale - Pour 15ml Sloe into a flute glass and gently top up with sparkling wine. Add a sprig of fresh thyme for a fragrant garnish.
