A refined version of a classic ginger biscuit. Our recipe calls for both ground and stem ginger to spice the dough, which we then bake to a crisp, light snap. Presented in our clip lid tin.
Ingredients: salted butter (29%) (cream, (milk), salt), fortified wheat flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), caster sugar, oats (17%), stem ginger (3.4%), ground ginger (1.8%), raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; mixed spices (0.2%) (coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, fennel, nutmeg).
May contain eggs, nuts, mustard and soya.
