The latest release, these decadent Raspberry Truffles are enrobed in delicious Milk Chocolate and hand decorated with freeze dried raspberry pieces. A harmonious contrast of delicate flavours including natural vanilla result in a truly exquisite truffle. These truffles do not contain alcohol.
- Ingredients: Milk chocolate (66%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, rapeseed), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, freeze-dried raspberry (0.1%), cocoa butter, natural flavourings, raspberry jam (sugar, raspberries, gelling agent (citrus pectin), acidity regulator (sodium citrate)), acid (citric acid), emulsifiers (rapeseed lecithin, sunflower lecithin). Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 33.5% minimum, milk solids 20.5% minimum.
