Apply before lipstick, lip gloss, or lip stain to improve wear and prevent bleeding.
1. Starting at the center of the mouth, trace the V shape of the upper lip.
2. Trace the curve of the lower lip.
3. If desired, use the pencil to fill in the lips completely, creating a base for more intense lipstick results.
