PFAFFIA PANICULATA
Harmonising, relieving.
Known as Brazilian ginseng, it is an 'adaptogen' herb from the Amazon rainforest. It is known to help hormonal imbalances, relieve stress and control moodiness.
MACA
Balancing, energising.
Maca is also known as an 'apoptogen' herb that supports balance, vitality, helping us to adapt, regulate our mood and cope with stress.
JASMINE
Renewing, relaxing.
Jasmine is known to have a relaxing effect, to soothe the mind and promote joy. The voluptuous scent is believed to help improve inner strength and energy, to ease restlessness and allow the mind to flow again.
SANDALWOOD
Soothing, shielding.
Rich in antioxidants, sandalwood is known to help fight the damage caused by free radicals and to prevent the formation of wrinkles. Known for its soothing effect on inflammation, sandalwood helps treat scars and soften the skin. Spiritually, it is believed to resonate with the soul centre.
Rub into needy skin, or place a few drops in a warm bath and immerse yourself. If your energy feels particularly low you can also rub this oil into your lower back and/or your abdominal area, and then place a hot water bottle over them (perhaps wrapped in a shawl).
