Vinification: Fermentation and maturation in steel tanks with long contact on fine yeast

Description: This wine has a straw yellow colour. The Bouquet of typical varieties of peach, pear and spieces. A very rich and full wine with nice structure, well-balanced with the acidity and long finish.

Food pairing: An excellent wine for oysters and other fish dishes

Serving temperature: 7 – 9 °C
