- Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Condition the interior non-stick cooking surface (not external). Rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed, or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with.
- Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended.
- For best results, use appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product.
- Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
- Oven and grill up safe to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling.
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
- Allow product to cool before cleaning.
- Clean with non-abrasive washing tools.
- Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe.
