This heritage stoneware dish is a kitchen essential. Its rectangular shape fits all sorts of ingredients, making it a very versatile piece for your everyday roasting, baking, marinating and serving. Easy-grip scalloped handles mean it’s safe and effortless to move around, while deep side walls bring you plenty of cooking space.

Before First Use: Enjoy unboxing your new purchase! (And make sure to remove the labels and packaging.)

Wash your Le Creuset product in warm, soapy water; then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Cooking: Stay protected and always use oven gloves when handling anything hot.

We recommend using Le Creuset Silicone Tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools. DO NOT use hand-held electric or battery-operated beaters or blenders, knives or sharp tools as they may damage the surface of your dishes.

Do not use stoneware dishes on the hob

When using under the grill, always allow at least a 6.5 cm gap between the heat source and the top of your product.

Extreme temperature changes can damage your stoneware. Allow your dishes to heat up gradually in the oven. Do not add frozen foods or chilled liquids to your dish when it is hot. We recommend either allowing the dish to cool a little first, or warming the food stuffs you need to add

When heating frozen foods in your dish either allow the food and dish to come thaw to room temperature before baking, or place frozen dishes into a cold oven, and allow to come up to temperature together.

Before serving, always check food is piping hot throughout

For best results, place your product on a shelf or rack. Never place your product on the floor of your oven.

Cleaning: Always cool completely before cleaning. Do not plunge it into or fill it with cold water when hot, excessive temperature changes will damage the product.
