Professional-style cast handles are attached with stainless steel rivets for a superior, secure fixing. Heat resistant glass lids are available separately. They retain moisture and flavours, and allow you to check the food you are cooking without lifting the lid and disturbing the cooking process or temperature. - Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Condition the interior non-stick cooking surface (not external). Rub a film of vegetable, rapeseed or sunflower oil with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with.
- Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended.
- For best results, use appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product.
- Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
- Oven and grill up safe to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling.
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
- Allow product to cool before cleaning.
- Clean with non-abrasive washing tools.
- Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe.
Always cool the product for a few minutes before cleaning. Do not plunge it into or fill it with cold water when hot, excessive surface temperature changes may damage the product. We recommend washing by hand in warm, soapy water rather than cleaning in the dishwasher as this will help the non-stick surface last longer. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal, harsh abrasive or very stiff cleaning pads or brushes on any of the surfaces.
