This innovative unit streamlines the food preparation process and lets you chop and weigh at the same time. The scale can weigh items up to 15kg, so its the perfect size for measuring ingredients into your food processor and large mixing bowls. You can even measure straight into a saucepan or directly on the platform surface to save yourself time and reduce the washing up. The Max Scale doubles up as a chopping board so you can trim ingredients without the hassle of fetching a separate board.
