Warm a small amount of cream in your hands and apply it all over your feet and nails before you go to bed at night. Use it daily for two weeks and, as necessary, thereafter to combat any further flare-ups. Wash your hands after use.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of young children. Wash hands after use. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water. It may cause barefoot slippage. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
