Smoky Hot & Sweet Hot Sauce: cane sugar, peppers, brine (water, vinegar, salt), smoked pickled baby peppers (3.86%) (baby peppers, vinegar, salt), rehydrated dried garlic, lemon juice, coriander, smoked red habanero chillies (1.29%) (habanero chillies, vinegar, salt), salt, xanthan gum (thickener), smoked paprika (0.13%).

African Ghost Hot Sauce: African Ghost Pepper chillies (32.12%) (African Ghost pepper chillies, vinegar, salt), water, brine (water, vinegar, salt), onions, vinegar, cane sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower seed oil), garlic, salt, xanthan gum (thickener).
