Made from borosilicate glass the round flan dish can support temperatures from -40°C up to 300°C.
Thermal shock resistant for extreme temperatures, which means the dish can be taken straight from the freezer and placed in the oven for cooking the contents.
BPA free glass that doesn't stain or hold in odours and is scratch resistant.
Suitable for use in the fridge and freezer for storage and microwave and dishwasher safe for convenience.
