Rococo’s founder was inspired to make our Sea Salt Organic Milk Chocolate Artisan Bar after a walk beside the sea eating an ice cream which mingled with the salt on her lips. They use Anglesey Sea Salt to enhance and intensify the rich and creamy caramel notes of Rococo’s signature milk chocolate.
