Ben Tre province is in the Mekong Delta area in Southern Vietnam. The land is extremely fertile due to its proximity to rivers and swamplands. It is an area rich with fruit crops and these fruit flavours are evident in the cocoa.
Deep and dark with an appealing fruitiness. The clean acidity of lime complements notes of ripe redcurrants and raisins.
