Raw, unblended honey from Italian heather in southern Tuscany. Bees transform the nectars collected each March into a thick, amber coloured honey. Reminiscent of fudgy, caramelised barley, this luscious honey is great for cooking and combining with spices. It chrystallises with cooler temperatures.
