This lovely recipe is a runaway success with its unconventional flavour combination - a masterful balance of saltiness, deliciously chocolatey flavours and luxurious buttery notes. Each biscotto is handmade in Tuscany using organic butter and eggs. The fine texture and flavours are perfect for accompanying a dessert, enjoying with your morning coffee or as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up with tea.

WHEAT flour, organic BUTTER, cane sugar, organic EGG, dark gianduia paste 4% [sugar, IGP Piemonte HAZELNUT 28%, vegetable fats (cocoa butter, sunflower oil, safflower oil), cocoa powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin], cocoa powder 3%, sea salt 0.7%, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, WHEAT starch.

May contain traces of almond, walnut, pistachio.
