The Wasabi Company

The Wasabi Company Wasabi Vodka 50cl

£38.50

Distilled with the power and flavour of our fresh English wasabi, this small batch vodka captures and releases the flavour and fire of real wasabi.

Made with real wasabi and nothing else, it is no wonder the flavour and pungent heat is so fresh and powerful.
With artisan distillers working their magic from our old watercress bunching shed it was only a matter of time before we joined forces to create Wasabi Vodka. The result went way beyond anything we could have expected.
Size: 50cl
ABV: 40%
Tasting Notes: A long-lasting character examination of the essence of fresh wasabi. Bold brassica flavours of mustard and radish brood enticingly under the sweetness and light of the volatile fire of wasabi as it rises, shines and ascends to the nose with high notes of star anise and pepper.

Serve over ice, pairs perfectly with sushi & sashimi.
