- This flat and rounded cat's tongue foundation brush is made of incomparably soft and cruelty-free synthetic bristles.
1. For liquid formulas, dispense a small amount of foundation, concealer, or primer onto the back of your hand.
2. Sweep brush across the product and apply.3. Build coverage with light smoothing motions, using the flat side.4.
